The tenants are the people who will occupy the apartment and the rental agreement applies to each of these people and also to the person who booked the apartment. The rental period corresponds to the booking period. The rental price, the costs for the final cleaning and the obligatory tourist tax are shown in the FeWo-Direkt advertisement. Arrival can take place from 2:00 p.m., unless by arrangement and subject to availability. Arrival must be by 6:00 p.m. at the latest, otherwise the apartment will be released unless a later arrival has been agreed. If the apartment keys cannot be handed over in person, they will be left in a key safe in front of the front door and the tenant will receive the corresponding numerical code in good time to open the key safe. The apartment will be carefully cleaned and handed over to the tenant(s) with the furnishings described in the FeWo-Direkt advertisement. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rental price. The apartments have a central, modernly equipped laundry room (fully automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron). The devices can be used via coin-operated machines. Cleanliness and correct operation are required. The tenant is liable for damage caused by negligence. Departure must take place by 10:00 a.m., unless by arrangement and subject to availability. The apartment must be left swept clean and the dishes must be washed and tidied up. Damage must be reported. The tenant is liable in the event of negligence. When filling out the registration form, the Chiemgau card is also created for each tenant, which offers many discounts/free entries (e.g. mountain ride on the Rauschbergbahn) and also a parking ticket for the parking spaces in Ruhpolding. The price for the Chiemgau card is included in the rental price. The holiday apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the rental period - in the event of a short-term cancellation, 90% of the rental price is due for payment in accordance with Section 537 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In the event that the apartment is rented to someone else - even partially - during the original rental period, 90% of the daily rental price will be refunded pro rata temporis. In this context, it is recommended that you take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
